Products
All products sold on cocoadiva.in are food products. Specifications including cacao percentage, viscosity, and application notes are published in good faith based on our production standards. Minor batch-to-batch variation in flavour profile is inherent to single origin couverture and does not constitute a defect.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.
Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued
- Bulk and trade orders above a certain threshold may require additional verification
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the shipping carrier.
Food Safety & Storage
Couverture chocolate must be stored in a cool, dry environment below 20°C. We are not responsible for product deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content on cocoadiva.in including text, images, product descriptions, and brand materials is the property of Cocoa Diva and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cocoa Diva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
