Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Bangalore: 1–2 business days
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
These are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. A shipping fee applies to orders below ₹2,000. The exact shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Couverture chocolate is temperature-sensitive. We take care to pack orders appropriately, but we recommend scheduling delivery to an address where someone can receive the package promptly. We are not responsible for product deterioration caused by extended exposure to heat during delivery or after receipt.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Use this to monitor delivery status with our shipping partner.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, email us at admin@cocoadiva.in with your order number and we will investigate with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.
